This Vaganova Academy Student's Balance Videos Are Next-Level Insane

Yana Cherepanova is a gifted 13-year-old student at St. Petersburg's elite Vaganova Ballet Academy. Which is cool enough in its own right.

But Yana is also the latest person to break the internet, thanks to the absolutely mind-boggling balance videos she's been posting to Instagram.

You guys: Just watch them.

What.

WHAT.

WHAAAAAAT.

Yana's been uploading her balance sessions for a bit now, but they started to get big-time traction recently after a fan posted a gif of the talented dancer to Reddit.

"I fall over once or twice a week putting my pants on. This blows my mind," wrote one Redditor after seeing the clip.

Us too, buddy. Us too. But we can dream, can't we?

For years, Harlequin Floors has offered a solution to this problem with its innovative turning board, offering a portable and personal floor that can be flipped between marley and wood. Now, they've revolutionized portability again with their practice mat, offering dancers the option to roll up their own personal floor and sling it over their shoulders like a yoga mat.

We spoke with experts from every corner of the dance industry to see how Harlequin's products have become their everyday essentials:
