Wanna stay slim and trim this summer? Then eat more food! More fruits and veggies at least. Last month a study at Penn State proved you’re more likely to shed pounds when you concentrate on eating the healthy stuff instead of outlawing the greasy/fried/chocolate stuff. It’s all about thinkin’ positive. Try getting in 9-12 servings of fruits and veggies every day. You’ll tame that growling tummy without loading on the calories or feeling deprived. Plus your body will fill up on the fiber, minerals, and vitamins you need to dance full out. So stop thinking so much about your enemies: Focus on your allies.
