Tanya Trombly is a professional ballet dancer, fitness expert, and dance performance coach based in NYC. Her Bulletproof Ballerina method of cross-training was developed from her personal experience as a dance professional desiring to enhance her technique while overcoming crippling self-esteem issues. She coaches dancers one-on-one in Manhattan as well as remotely, offers online programs, and travels world-wide to teach Bulletproof Ballerina clinics.
