Saddler and Champion in a scene from Keep Dancing

When you’re juggling an exhausting schedule of classes, rehearsals and auditions, sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and we forget about why you’re dancing. If you need a little inspiration, check out the documentary short Keep Dancing. For a limited time, the 2010 film is now available for free streaming on Vimeo. Keep Dancing follows Broadway vets Marge Champion and the late Donald Saddler—both 90 during filming—to prove that you’re never too old to move. The two became fast friends after performing in the 2001 revival of Follies. After the show closed, they could have easily hung up their dancing shoes for good. Instead, they decided to rent a studio so they could choreograph and take class together twice a week.

Grab some popcorn, and perhaps a box of tissues. Watching Champion and Saddler work together in a New York City studio is truly charming.
