Andy Warhol's Birthday Was This Week

August 6th was the late artist Andy Warhol’s birthday. In honor of his collaboration with dancers, today’s archive photo is of Merce Cunningham’s Rainforest (1968) against the backdrop of Warhol’s installation Silver Clouds. Pictured is Alan Good (at left) with Robert Swinston and Helen Barrow.
