Margaret Fuhrer

Margaret is the features editor of Dance Magazine and formerly the editor in chief of The Dance Edit and Dance Spirit. Trained as a ballet dancer, she has an undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University and a master’s in journalism from New York University. She’s written for all of Dance Media’s publications and for The New York Times, Playbill, and The Huffington Post; her book, American Dance: The Complete Illustrated History, came out in 2014.
