Almost every dancer I know is a coffee addict. And that’s not a bad thing! Not only is coffee filled with healthy antioxidants and has natural caffeine that can boost your energy and athletic performance, researchers recently found that, contrary to popular belief, coffee does not dehydrate you. Instead, it’s actually just as hydrating as water. Women’s Health even suggests using it as a sports drink. Seems like smart advice—just try not to spill any on the marley floor.
