Paris Opéra's Nicolas Le Riche Farewell to Be Live Streamed

The Paris Opéra Ballet will say goodbye to one of its most beloved étoiles tomorrow: After over 30 years with the company, Nicolas Le Riche is retiring. Luckily for us, the July 9 farewell will be live streamed at 7:30 pm Paris time, or 1:30 pm EST. There’s a spectacular program planned with excerpts from Nijinski’s Afternoon of the Faun, Mats Ek’s Appartement pas de deux, Raymonda Act II and more. And there’s no shortage of other stars joining him onstage. Sylvie Guillem, Matthieu Chedid and Guillaume Gallienne will guest.
